Over the past few years as people have started coming to the sandy beaches of gulf shores for vacations and fishing the expectations of some people have changed. In the late 1980′s when I started charter fishing as a mate, people came to the area to fill the deep freezers full of fish and now it is becoming more of a catch and release or just keep a few for dinner crowd.
